In the article When Treating Food Allergies, Minutes Matter by Alexi C. Cardona of the Miami Herald tells the story of Tristan Knott, a 7 month old baby who reacted badly to the piece of egg his baby sitter gave him for breakfast one morning. 

His mother, Rossan Bizzio-Knott, a nurse anesthetist at Jackson Memorial Hospital, was at work when it happened.
