To allow school bus drivers to be able to administer an epinephrine auto-injector in emergency circumstances.

New York State Assembly bill A7219A sponsored by Assemblyman Tom Abinanti

Relates to the substitution of brand name epinephrine auto-injectors with alternate epinephrine auto-injectors in certain cases.

New York State Assembly bill A00299 sponsored by Assembly member Linda Rosenthal

Requires newly certified teachers to be trained in the use of an epinephrine auto-injector; requires such teachers to be certified within 3 months of date of hire.

New York State Assembly bill A05733 sponsored by Assembly member John McDonald

Prohibits price gouging by manufacturers of prescription drugs.
